Call Apple and see if they want to buy it, you can probably get at minimum the $1,700 Estibot value of it.

No, kidding. Seeing that you just created it today, I'd delete it from your account... and never register trademark domains again. It's worth nothing but a lot of headache and possibly negative money.

Luckily for you, you can call GoDaddy up and ask them for your money back since they have a 5 day grace period. Don't know how much they charge though, never used them:
https://cart.m.godaddy.com/cart/agr...142&agreementType=DomainRegistration&ci=19136 - See paragraph 3

...but you might have to explain to the rep why you have 100 other trademark domains in your account.

It's called an exaggeration, if you're silly enough to ask for an appraisal on a dot info that is an obvious trademark, you may just be that silly to register 99 other dot info trademarks.

In other news, read my last post. Apple won AppleIpods.com back, so someone lost $3,900.

It's worth nothing.

People do buy trademarks, but I doubt this gets any type in traffic to get any revenue that's worth it and it's against the rules to sell TM's on DNF. So, at least here, you're SOL...

I have not seen a more blatant TM violation in a while.

Might want to delete vmwaredownload.com while you're at it too. They're not too happy with TM domains either, though have a lot less under their belt than Apple.

Even if I did decide to register a TM, which I would not do unless it was defensible(dictionary word, etc....)

Anyhow, Apple would be the LAST company I decide to play with. I guarantee you if you do not drop this domain, you will not have a pair of draws by 03/16/2015. :)

I agree, at least you're not a rude little cunt like DJW.

I also find it rather hilarious that everyone and their mother comes out and opens their mouths about a TM violation yet all the other domains who are asking for appraisals remain unanswered.

Typical.

When it is a company like apple with a global reach concerning their products, one should assume that they have a global influence regarding defending their brand as well as their TM.

Not only in violation of 3 TM domains I've connected you with thus far, but in violation of http://www.dnforum.com/dnfrules.php#3 (DNF rule #3).

I'm not a whiner and didn't report your post(s) because I did instigate it by giving you a sarcastic, but realistic, valuation on the current domain (Estibot, call Apple, etc.) whereupon you came back at me calling me a retard for using a TM having my initials as my legal business name and then a 'rude little cunt' when I call you out on other TM violations.

Some appraisals are just not worth appraising because it takes too much time and effort to get some people to understand their names are garbage and the OP (original poster) will argue tooth and nail it's worth at least 10% of the dot com, has value of Estibot, etc., etc. Members notice these trends of other members and disregard them.

I gave you good information on deleting your domain and getting a refund because you possibly didn't know better.

Now, you can take that information and do what you want with it.

I'm just bumping this with more information on how to handle business on DNF... and so that Apple Inc.'s legal council can see this thread and come after you, since I have no sympathy after your attack. I'm sure they'll be in contact with you shorty.

Sincerely,
DJW
