Undeveloped $0 - the keyword is not good and the extension worse. Developed - a multiple of profit. I don't know if it's intentional but it currently links to a 'hacked' page.

Huh, I uploaded some cheap wordpress script, how the hell he found out about the domain, it's been up few days only with of course 0 visits.

Fckin idiot deleted everything, he could've been polite, hack it, put his index.php and leave mine as index-old.php so I can get back up everything in a sec.

ireviews.com.au is a better extension - there are lots of reported .com.au sales as opposed to .eu
Also the 'selling' price is irrelevant - if I list i-r-e-v-i-ews.co.za for $1m it does not mean it's worth that.
Anyway I hope you get your site back up - shame these 'hackers' (scriptkiddies) have nothing better to do.
