Since the previous thread was closed it may be best to start over with something more focused on the real issue; is our domain privacy really so private.
It was mentioned that the data received from http://www.whoiscanada.ca is either old/outdated, or from a CIRA insider. I know for a fact that it is not old, because we received Private Admin details for a domain that was only registered two weeks ago.
There is of course a third possibility, and that is that the information is not as private as we were lead to believe. This is NOT a promotion. If you think your info is private and it is not, this is worthy of discussion.
Try it yourself (again, not a promotion). If you get your private data back, maybe you too can add something relevant to the discussion, rather than simply accusing anyone of promoting something...
