Is it illegal to copy Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and etc and adapt it to your own company??

if the site is copyrighted, then so is everything on it.

Although you can find generic terms of service all over the web for free use.

So the anwser is YEs it is illegal

I guess I will have to go with Generic TOS

At the moment I dont have the $$ yet to hire a good internet lawyer to write the terms

Just do it, probably no one will ever find it, if yes, nobody will probably mind, if yes, you just did not know it was copyrighted...

It states in the Terms of Service agreement if you are allowed to or not. Usually if you are a hosting reseller, you can copy the TOS of the hosting company you are with.

The TOS are sold in another page for 2000 dollars

No legal form is a one-size-fits-all solution, it still needs to be "tailored" based
on what the laws of the state are. What Bob Silber created is like a guide.
