Didn't you only make these arrangements with him today?
Have you PM'd him through DNF and given reasonable time for a reply?
Maybe 8 hours is a bit short to start making public complaints like this - you should seek to resolve the matter with dloft and only start making public complaints after a reasonable time has passed without a resolution.

I had no issues with him, and I did a 4 figure deal. There was a hitch with one of the names and it took about 2 weeks to get straightened out (registrar at fault), but it was all resolved in the end.
As Mr. Webname stated, eight hours is a pretty unreasonable time in which to expect a resolution. Give it some time. Sometimes these things take a day or two (or heaven forbid) a week to complete due to various complications that may arise.

Please also remember that wed thru sunday (today being fri) is
the most travelled weekend in the year because of a national holiday
in the U.S. - Thanksgiving Day.

I have bought multiple domains form dnloft recently as well and no problems at all. He is doing a lot of deals so it often takes him a day or two to get your order squared away and transferred to you. You can relax though, he will take care of you.

One thing for sure, people who just charge up the nostrils with an iron rod here just because the guy sneezed - I'll give a miss.
