Many people do not have the courtesy to respond to offers or counter offers or they do not reply in a timely manner. Many times it is the buyer who fails to respond. The only time I don't reply to a counter offer from a buyer is when the offer is unreasonably low.

When someone is asking a ridiculous price, or is lowballing I will not reply. If they do not have the self respect to price right, and offer reasonably, then I dont want to waste my time on them. Simple.
