purple!
What the hell, ill just sell it. wasnt supposed to be buying anymore domains.
Yofie, it is a brainer.
iphone had troubles between Apple and Cisco. Also itune(dot)com is affiliated. owner has privacy protected.
There is just so much "grey areas". So lets say we made our own kind of Ipod but we call it "thisisminePod" for an example, then could we be sued since we would be competing with ipod!?
With this in mind, we are not competing with their product or name, just we happen to get a name similar to theirs.
Perhaps you like apples. If you get apple(dot)mobi, and wanted to show the different types of apples you like to eat, would you lose the domain?
There must be an EXACT line drawn what is considered trademark infringement. It shouldnt be the domaineer's fault that the users cant spell. So any typo is the tradmark owners fault for making such a difficult name.
itoons, itunes aitunes, ituns, etc...
DNQuest.com,
