Hello,

I am being seriosu here.

My dad got called in for some big fire and he left me with dinner, half cooked i think. He said leave the chicken on the BBQ for 15min. SOI i made some ceasar salad and then got some chicken.

I started eating it and it was good, and then I saw some red spots. I got afraid i might be eating uncooked chicken (which i think is bad for you), so i thought I would ghet some1s opinion.

I took 2 photos of it for you guys.

Is this chicken raw or cooked?

Please let me know soon as I dont want it to go cold, and also, i am afraid of the bbq of blowing up, so it aint going back on there.

Please let me know the status of my dinner:)

Thanks

chances are they will all be raw....try taking out the smallest piece you can find...if it doesnt look pink inside, you should be OK....

or you could always turn on the BBQ...its probably not very hard.... d:)

Could i get some instructions?

I dont like to play around with a potential bomb.

My dad would be mad when he came home and the house was gone.

Some Japanese people just offered him alot of $ for it :)!

Dunno if he'll miss me :dead:

chicken breasts are the answer... chicken with bones takes 30-40 % longer to cook

a bit of olive oil. some basil, pepper and salt,.

wrap in alumninumumnu foil (we just call it foil in the UK!)

but add a drop of water to the bottom of the foil before the final wrap..

pop on the barbie, 15-20 mins, moist and perfect .

(i may have my health and hygiene exams, but iam not a toxicologist, but also get a cage over your bbq so shitehawks can't greab your food)

enjoy

Sorry I'm too late to help on this one.

BBQ is a fine art, though that does not keep rank amateurs from making us all look bad at times :)

The trick is relatively low heat for a longer period of time, but not too long or it'll dry out. And plenty of marinade/sauce, but again not too much or it'll burn.

A good rule of thumb is to make the thickest piece the guinnea pig. When you think the chicken may be ready, cut into the big piece and if it is not pink on the inside, then all the rest should be ready as well.
