On most of my domains I get 25-30% CTR. I never stop optimising, if don't achieve at least a 14% CTR (even on my bad domain names).
On generic names, I will not stop optimising, if I don't have at least 25% CTR.
my highest earning domain was getting about 27% CTR in the beginning and moved around 4 or 5 parking companies and now its getting almost 50% CTR and this name receives about 1500 uniques a day so u can imagine the amount of increased revenue. So what i mean to say is not only change ur keywords to incerease CTR but also change the parking companies and put where it performs best.
good luck
my average CTR is 30%. cost per click is around 6 eurocents / click. CTR has decreased during summer while the CPC is slowly increasing. seasonal changes have to be taken into account too
If your domain is at limbo you should get around 18% CTR. If your domain is targeted 30% is normal. If you optimise a targeted domain you should get minimum 50% CTR.
Your CTR is low. There are certain methods to optimise domains. Send me a PM and I will explain.

PS : Just a note I am talking with a 200K per month pure type-in traffic. If your traffic is low there may be some big variations.
Actually it does not really matter how much traffic the domain gets. I have seen really small traffic domains with CTR of 250%, so it is all about the optimisation and quality of traffic
We do over 100K a day.. and our CTR ( mainly to PPS programs ) is about 40%.. still a LOT of room for improvement too.
On the portfolio which i actually point to PPC programs though, the smaller domains tend to do really well.. some make like $1-2 per click and get 60-70% ctr.. these are non gambling domains too.
