For example, why would someone pay for a subscription to [pornsite].tv when they can get the same movies for free through P2P?

P2P tends to be chock full o' viruses, bad versions, not what you want, poor quality. Some people don't want to sift though all that.

Some people like to get their videos though legitimate means.

Some people don't know how to d/l though P2P networks.

well the thing is thats on public search engine's and public tracker , private trackers such as lt , ipt , revolution tt and the list goes on most of the torrents they have are virus free
