Is Smartname dead?!?

Smartname doesn't send me my money and not even response my emails and support ticket opened one week ago.
Are they out of business?

they're still around, but their payout share is dead.

Seems to be Smartname is going out of business.

I don't know what the "member center" is/was, but all seems to be normal with my account, and they continue to send me nice checks on time each month.

Is there somebody related with Smartname in this forum? I use Bodis, not Smartname, I just made a test for a couple of days and have about US$ 300 on Smartname that I have not received yet and nobody response emails or tickets.

I guess I spoke too soon.

I never received my Feb check, no reason given, and they are completely ignoring all customer service requests.

I can only interpret this to mean that they are completely out of business.
