Months ago, the readable but non dictionary 4 letters would go from 50 to 500 in drop sites.

I got one for 80$ at TDNAM.

In the last two months i Snapped two LLLL.coms for 22$ and 35$ respectively.

Everything is going down in value right now. The money is made from end users!

When resellers are done selling names to eachother, there is little movement. The investment scope should be monetization, development and selling to end users. Otherwise you experience phenomena like this.

Of course it's going to happen. I mean...i find it hard to believe...that many resellers tend to experience cash issues. They start having to sell for cheap...just to stay above water. So, i am not surprised by this downtrend motion. When people can't sell...they panic and sell below market value.

Acro, that's a great post. Although, at least you had a reason for selling off. Many just buy over their heads.

You mentioned panic, that's the underlying sentiment. In fact, now it's the time to hold.

I agree. I think the panic was more at people selling off because of the economy. It happens in the stock market as well. Instead of buying..people sell.

It seems they are moving with the rest of the resale market. I'm still not sure the demand will hold for lower quality LLLLs near term.

the prices have come down but there is still interest. I've been tempted to buy a few lately that have meaning to me. If you believe in the future of domains then it would be good to buy an amount that you're comfortable with, because there are only 450k of them in a world of 6 billion people, and when the economy turns the better LLLL.com's will go up too IMHO.

Thank you for all your replies. It really helped.

So i guess i have to develop some of my readable 4L.coms for now. I already started to make an cartoon character for one of my 4Ls. His name is Gwez.
