Is there any value to a domain that has an 800 # associated with it?

I have two domains I started to develop for florida Dui attorneys, called 86699fldui.com and 99fldui.com (both go to the same site). I have not done much in way of SEO it is about 3 years old. The idea was to use phone number & website to generate dui leads throughout state. The phone number is transferrable (costs about $50 a month). My question is, do you think this has value? if so how much? Lastly, how would you go about selling it? Alternatively, would it be worth taking another crack at it and trying to develop it out as a lead generation site? Thanks in advance to all who respond.
