Theres been alot of those phishing emails going around lately. If in doubt, always try to log in directly at the godaddy site, as opposed to the link that they send in the email.

Yup.

The tip off is usually 24 hours or, in this case, 1 day.

Just like an eBay, PayPal, or bank notice (usually I don't even know what the bank is).

They make it seem like it is urgent or an emergency.

They have to act fact to do their deed and are then gone.

Just keep changing your passwords often and make them 12 chars or longer..

don't use the same passwords as you do on other sites.
