I have a name something like this: Lo Lo Cars (factitious name)

This name is trademarked: Lo Lo Carz

Is my name in violation?

In order for them to take it from you they need to prove all of the following three points (very simplified but you get the idea):

1. Domain is confusingly similar to their trademark.

2. You have no legitimate use for the domain.

3. You have acted in bad faith. That means either you have ads on the site that or offer it for sale.

Trademarks are designed to protect consumers against confusion, NOT trademark holders.

I am not a lawyer. Seek legal advice.

Trademarks may serve to protect businesses from unfair business practices but trademarks exist for the protection of consumers to avoid confusion of brands.
