Is TrafficZ parking used much by members?

Judging by the fact there appears to be so few or less frequent threads/posts in the trafficz.com forum and slow/no replies to the posts it indicates there are relatively few dnf members using Trafficz. I am now wondering why that would be the case? Any feedback on this?

If you do a search it seems members have been having problems with payment. A thread or two stating they were scammed. Not sure what the story is with them.
