Is wild west same as Godaddy?

i see wild west domains are the same template/company as godaddy.
If someone has a domain at wildwest domains can they push to my godaddy account?
or do i have to open a wild west domains account?

Godaddy is in business with Wild west but they are 2 different registrars...cannot push to godaddy.

Same for blueRazor, you cannot push, but you can transfer...

Have things changed in the past 6 years where you can push from Wild West? I can't seem to find an answer except this thread as NO.
