I've sold a domain on Sedo the 28 April 2009.

The buyer don't pay yet and my account manager don't reply me at my many questions.

I've also contacted the Sedo rep here on DNF some days ago...the guy told me he contact my account manager but I don't had any news in the last days.

My question is: what I can do to delete the negotiation?
I don't want sell domains on Sedo anymore, I've just deleted all my domains listed there...I'm tired of that CRAP service-zero assistence.

What I can do guys?

Thanks in advance for the help. :)

I don't understand, why do you want "to delete the negotiation" if you "don't want sell domains on Sedo anymore" and you've deleted your domains listed there?

Just forget about it.

Because I've sold this domain on a Sedo auction.
I'm tired to wait, is not the first time I wait 1+ months for a domain I've sold.

If I sold a name on Sedo, I want the buyer respect the contract...not only me (the seller).

Plus I've received some inquieres yesterday from a company pay me 5 times better than Sedo price.

If Sedo contact the buyer soon for pay me I respect the Sedo contract and I will sell the domain normally on their platform.

But I don't want waiting months no more...Sedo said 10 days for close a deal but this never happen to me.

So I'm tired of that crap service.

I don't need Sedo anymore for sell my domains...I contact buyers directly.

Once a domain is sent to auction it is essentially taken out of circulation.

It makes nothing as it is essentially in limbo.

That is how they used to do it.

I once had a sale and the buyer did not pay but sedo dragged their feet and the domain was locked down for 93 days.

The rep was a horror of a nightmare and I demanded that she never handle anymore of my transactions.

To sedo uk, monitoring this thread:

How many times have you had to come onto the forum to address the same issues?

Does that not clue someone in at Sedo that there is an ongoing problem?

Suggestions have been offered to rectify this problem but no action taken.

Bidder verification?

You verify the bidder has a pulse. That's it.

For any thing under 10K, no "real" verification is necessary.

How many sales under 10K are not paid for?

Assuredly, someone at Sedo tracks all of this and would know a percentage.
