IYD.com HELP

hello
I had a domains register at iyd.com
iyd.com was bought out by tucows
I had 300 domains there, i log in no domains
i call tucows no help
I email and call the reseller no response so far

has anybody else had a issue with them

have you checked the whois on your domains?

yes the issue is the reseller

tucows.com just emailed me, and they will help me, thats fast,
