Affiliate Programs Job Affiliate Program Needed

I have a Jobs related name with a high click through ratio (50%+). I want to test it out on a couple other sites before keeping it on PPC.

Has anyone found any good job affiliate sites (monster.com etc) that pay out well or even better than your PPC.
