Not bad. Kind of reminds me of a website I'M currently developing...

JobsResumes.com (which will, you guessed it, consist of Jobs listings and a Resume database!)

Good luck with the site! :D

Oh, while I'm at it... does anyone have any input on appraising MY domain name JobsResumes.com ?

Thanks ton...

Cheers,

p.s, If anyone wants some free content (articles, etc) for their resume site, http://www.resumeedge.com/contentpartners/ have an affiliate program where they encourage you to use their content. Might be useful for getting the names on the search engines even if thats all the development you do.

Good Luck :)

If your lucky?
$500 on ebay.

At this point and time you'd be lucky to get $500 for the .com version.

There are lots of minutes in the day. As long as there are. There is one born every minute.

Might be one to hang onto though. It consists of two great key words. Back in the good-ole-days (2000) you might have got 4-5 figures.

Cheers!

I am curious! Do you think this name is worth more or worth less, as the job market shrinks? Unemployment in the U.S. is at a 40 year low. No signs of economic recovery anytime soon.

If I had this name I would develop it.

The real value of this name is much higher if you could sell it to someone who would develop it rather than them just being a name speculator. Why not develop it or hold on to it till you find someone to do it.

I will hold until I can get it developed. But you are right about the value being in the site itself, I was just looking for wholesale street value appraisal.

Thanks, Gary T

Does registration / development of similar names have any impact on the value of a name?

Also Registered but undeveloped:

JobResumes.info
JobResume.info
JobResumes.com
JobsResumes.com

Developed:

www.JobResume.com

And my own site www.JobResumes.net

Gary, does jobresume.net get any type ins? Also, if you're looking for a quick and easy way to develop it, www.resumeedge.com offers a lot of resume / interview / job content you can use on your site for free if you join their affiliate program.

I have no way of telling about the type-ins. Google results
"job resume" 38,000 "job resumes" 5,500.
Thanks for the info on www.resumeedge.com. I will check it out!
