We are considering selling our dating website JoeDate.com . This site was developed and cost us over $30,000 in development and marketing. We are selling the complete site, all content, and a database of roughly 3500 current members.
Asking Price is $22,500 FIRM

This is a very high quality site with features comparable to match.com, eharmony.com, plentyoffish.com, chemistry.com etc. It was originally developed as a free dating website but was just converted into a paid site ( can easily be converted back to a free site). The site also has extensive admin features which will let you easily manage the site and make changes. For example in the admin area you can easily insert your own Google Adsense or similar coding, manage users, update all relationship sections, mail members, etc.
With a decent advertising budget this site could grow very quickly. Members can sign up from every country and US and Canadian members can search by city, zip/postal, or by username. The site can be sold on our current web.com server ( $11.95/month hosting fee ) or we can help you transfer the site to a new server. Developing a similar site with the same features we have would easily cost more than our asking price.
