closed johnswebsite.com appraisal please.

Hi All,

I know it has no business value... but I figured there are a lot of Johns out there that may have an ego.

There can only be one johnswebsite.com or let's say johnonline.com or just john.com. Know what I mean?

Do you think I'll be able to find the "John" with enough ego to pay some coin for this name?

I thought it was cool, checked out mine and saw Donswebsite.com was taken. I guess if you can sell it, there would be a whole new market for domain names. I checked this out and saw there were a lot of them taken, so it has to have some value. Some average guy named John might pay $500 for the vanity of it, and then again some rich idiot who wants to impress his girlfriend might pay $50,000

You could try it on e-bay and write a good pitch, then e-mail every John you can find, who knows. Everyone here will scream now because I'm suggesting you spam, but you could find a club of people named John and send them a introduction e-mail and give it a try. I think it's a good name, and anyone who thinks different should check there name first.
