Joomla Template Design - Travel Articles and Database site

I'm developing a travel site under Joomla and using iJoomla Magazine component.
Website show categories related traveling like route planning, weather forecasts, maps, accomodations, and contain articles, giving tips to travelers. etc.
Job:
Me need a designer who can fit design according my needs.
I've ready Joomla templates by rockettheme.com and templateplazza.com but didn't found yet from those templates ideal for what i can say it's optimal for my portal.
Need a designer who following my ideas can create/(or change existing) css and related files of the template to make the final design also can make a simple text (but attractive) logo for the site.
All the work will take max. totally 1-2 days or less.
