Well there is a juniormiss pagent, but I thought more on the retail clothes line.
 
Yes it's brandable for retail purposes - take a hell of a lot of marketing though. Also you're limiting yourself to the US market only.
 
I know I am limiting myself to the U.S. market, but our teenagers suck the life out of the parents credit cards on clothes. Besides, it was the only Tld left. I just couldn't resist!
