Just gained possession of the perfect domain for my next business venture: simplecrm.com
Hosted CRM (customer relationship management) is a huge industry. We will be going head to head with the giants in this business (salesforce, oracle, microsoft, highrise, etc)
Our angle is that, in contrast to pretty much everyone else out there, ours is extremely easy, intuitive and inexpensive. Also highly secure and customizable. Anyone who has used a CRM tool should understand what I am talking about.
Full time development has been ongoing for the last couple months. Some highlights:
I'm sure I am missing some things, but this is most of it.
P.S. There is no reason this tool couldn't be easily used as a domain name tracker. The domain name becomes the "contact". Track when you bought it, what you paid, where it is registered, when it expires, how much it is earning, how much it sells for, etc.
I will come back to this thread soon to see if anyone is interested in becoming a beta tester.

Full time development has been ongoing for the last couple months. Some highlights:
- Set up unlimited contacts and contact groups
- Make unlimited notes for each contact's history
- Upload and manage files, which can be attached to specific records for any contact or emails sent
- Build and save unlimited email templates
- Email any contact, group, or subset of a group (unlimited), on the fly or from a template.
- All emails sent will be added to the history of each recipient
- Build a task list, be reminded of upcoming commitments from the list or by email
- Primary account holder can set up and manage multiple users
