$50-$150 just as a domain name.

$250+ if you develop it as an affiliate site linked to hundreds of low-cost, high-value web hosts with reviews submitted by yourself or visitors and a large database of resources. Just a little bit of your time, effort, and money would greatly increase the value of this property.
