Indeed...

Yet this is coming from our two craziest members.:smilewinkgrin:

Welcome to the community, Quik!

If you haven't already - take a quick look at our rules page:
http://www.dnforum.com/rules.php

We don't want you getting into trouble your first few days here. :)

You joined at the platinum level so I'm going to assume you're planning on doing some selling here. Just a few reminders with selling - at least one domain always needs to be in the post subject (you can list many more and others in the actual post). No bumping (price reductions need to be at least 10%) and no off-site links (except active auctions at places like eBay and Sedo in the external links subforum). Also, we do not allow trademarked (TM) names and TM typos (like microsuft, microspft etc..).

If you ever feel you made a mistake (posted in the wrong forum, forgot a name in the title, etc..) feel free to use the report button and request the change - the staff (the mods and admins) will see it and we'll be more than happy (I think Johnn uses the word "giddy") to help you out.

If you have any questions about the site / operations / etc. feel free to send me a PM and if you have other questions in regards to the industry - we have several forums for those, from domains to content development to programming.

Enjoy your time here!

what he said :)

no you don't have to be crazy,

just be able to understand that "crazy" in itself, means "out the box"...and sometimes thinking in that arena can set you apart from the rest, in a positive or negative way.

the ideas you may convey to others may seem "crazy" or "far-fetched", when in fact you may just be a visionary

the lack of rationale during a discussion, whether political or general domain discussions, depending on how you respond to others, may give them the impression that you are "crazy".

a one point or another, overtime you will see how each "active" member will show how "crazy" they are and to what extreme they push it, and if it is positive or negative.

some balance such displays to a degree of conformity, where it is barely visible, you know the norm

others push the envelope to the seams, expanding the realms of barriers...that only they, have the courage or ignorance, to go! :)

these actions, though, do and can determine the volume of business they do, who/whom they are able to do biz with, now and in the future and it lays the ground-dation of your acceptance in the community, based on how you display your crazy.

:)

Good Luck

Don

All this for the OP mentioning "......... crazy domains you all have for sale" as opposed to calling members in here "crazy."

Welcome Quik. Spend some time here and you will learn it all. What to do and most importantly, what not to do?
