Keywords databases?

I'm looking to get keywords databases where it provides the search popularity results and other related results, like Wordtracker, Keyword Discovery?

So far, I see xedant.com has something similar.

Any other sites?

xedant.com (also known as thedowser.com and pastukhov.com) databases are good, however they are somewhat outdated.

I prefer KeywordDiscovery and Google AdWords KeywordTool as they give the most correct data AFAIK.

If you want to lookup just a few keywords I can make an excerpt from xedant's 60M database. PM me.

Thanks. I know of those tools, but I'm actually looking for offline text databases (csv, sql) where I can import into a database server and build my own tools to query them.
