With all the recent bad reviews of various registrar's and providers in the industry, I felt I should post a good experience I recently had.
I recently had a small issue with Flippa which I would say is partly my fault. Regardless at the end of the day I asked for a refund and they immediately provided one and had offered me some alternatives to the likely unique situation I was dealing with.
I was fully expecting a push-back on the refund as many companies aren't happy to provide one. I requested one and Flippa replied quickly that there is no issue providing a refund.
Its customer focused resolutions like this that keep customers very happy even when they didn't get the solution they were looking for.
