Although I too wish to see such high prices for Hong Kong related names, I honestly I don't think lantau.info in particular will make anything more than $1K in the medium-range near future of 18 months to 3 years.
dotus, don't get fooled by the fact that many .info regional names have been registered, they are not worth a lot, and most of them are owned by the same guy (Peter On of Tung Chung Computer).
The truth is: I have been trying to sell TsimShaTsui.com for US$5K for the past few year without success, not to say the other 20 regional dot-com's (including high-profile names like pokfulam.com, kwuntong.com, tsuenwan.com, etc.). I am holding on to them however, in case something like back in the good old days of tom.com happens again.
