Here are the names I picked up over the last 2-3 days. What do you think?

oilskins.com
amounts.net
annihilate.net
blemish.org
empleador.com (it's Spanish in case you're wondering!)
loincloths.com

Dynadot - Expired Domain Auctions

Guest
oilskins.com and loincloths.com i like, both seem to have commercial potential so you should be able to get good dollar on those.

the others i'm not keen on.

Thanks! By the way, empleador means "employer"

"You really should stop throwing away your money... registering junk domains is the cyber-equivalent of stepping out onto your front lawn and setting fire to a pile of cash!"

Recognize this?? Anyway, I hope you don't mind that I borrowed your words. They exactly explain my appraisal for these domains. ;)

creche.net
ounce.net
scows.com
shaven.net

The last domains you posted were somewhat better. Shaven.net sounds pimarily like a domain for the adult industry to me. It is a clean cut name that goes straight to the point. However, I have hardly seen any adult sites out there (the bigger ones) using a .net extension Unless you develop it yourself and can get some traffic to it, I don't see much money to be made in resell value. AntiSmoking.net is another good domain. However, if you don't get much type-in-traffic for the domain now. I don't think it will sell for more than $500-$1,000 to end user. I have some .net domains myself that are pretty good. But I rather keep those and maybe develop them in the future than to sell them for the low amounts I've been offered. In this way, I can make them worth a lot more if I decide to sell them later on.

Good luck!

One more good advice. Try to stay away from registering a .net unless it is a really good domain, has existing traffic to it, or you want to develop it into something. New TLDs like .info, .biz, and .us (and other ccTLDS for other countries) are and will be a much better choice than a .net.

Just my opinion...:)

Interesting, since I would have picked "Scows.com" as being head-and-shoulders more valuable than any other name from either of the batches I posted.
