LATONA’S DAILY DOMAIN AUCTION IS NOW LIVE

Rick Latona’s Daily Domains is no more

Latona’s Daily Domain Auction which is replacing the famous and infamous Rick Latona’s Daily Domains launches now. To kick it off, we are auctioning off 120 names from our own inventory at only a $1 reserve. Just take a look at the opportunities below. People are going to be making money off this first auction.

Those that submit names to us can rejoice. These won’t always be $1 auctions. For now on, that same buy-it-now price that they have been submitting will be a reserve. So their names could and should sell for more money.

Also new is complete transparency. Now everyone will know what we are selling or aren’t selling. Everyone will know what they are getting for their names. Those who sell their names will know that they are getting exactly what their names are worth.

Each daily auction will start with our trademark newsletter blast to over 15,000 domain, internet marketing professionals, and businesspeople that have subscribed over the years. 24 hours after the newsletter is sent, the auction will end.

Our entire staff is on call to fix any problems that arise. They can reply to the newsletter, email [email protected] directly with any questions or problems or even call us at +1-678-253-1846.

A complete list of the 120 names we are auctioning off can be found below in alphabetical order.

Some great names there, I've put in a few bids... they'll make more sales this way than through the newsletter IMO.

We need more selling venues such as this; great daily addition by Rick Latona.

Just put a bunch of low bids on today's names. Winning quite a few but sure it won't last. Was able to look at some basic stats for the domains and posted it on FreshAvails.com. Includes Search and Ad Competition statistics. As usual, the non-.coms do the best but there are a few nice .coms in there. Some of the best ones look to have some possible TM issues so be forwarned.

As far as:

"Sellers: We charge a flat $200.00 or 15% of the selling price (whichever is greater) upon the sale of your domain. "

Is it actually like that or if a domain sells for let's say $100, then the fee would be 15% instead of $200? I've seen some sell for less than $200 so it wouldn't make sense to lose money when selling a domain. Wasn't sure if it was actually like that or just that the wording wasn't the best.

$200 minimum--Period. Rick said that on TheDomains.com blog earlier this week.

Thanks, another site I can add to my bookmarks. So it looks like 25 of 38 domains from a recent auction, actually lost money since 25 of them sold for under $200 and some of the other 13 barely above that mark. I guess that'll help make sure people submit more of the premium type domains, guess one way of looking at it.

so what would happen to the domain (let say) if it only sold for $100?

does the seller loose the name and make nothing!

Yes. He mentioned that this was a promotion and not to expect sub $200 reserves.

Ok, the one starting today makes more sense with the fee, all $1000 reserves.

Had some good feedback from our last analysis, so we looked at today's auction info, Edwin Hayward's domains with $1 reserves, to see what kind of "numbers" support these names had. In addition to stats for all the names, we highlighted the Global Google Search demand and Advertiser demand for those keywords. Not as many TM issues for this set and a nice group of 4N.orgs to pick from.
