biggedon is referring to member rockefeller (justin) that has recently launched an escrow service for domain names: Escrowdns.com
i know that you and justin are not the only ones with this idea, nothing i would want to take on but i do believe there is potential. I think that toughest aspect would be proving your company is trustworthy. Handling money and valuable domain names must be done in a very secure setting, one mistake could ruin your reputation in this biz..
I'm very interested in lauching my own escrow service, but i am unaware if there is a demand in the market.
...
If you don't know the market, don't do it.
Don't you need a license from the individual states?
lolThe OP is from the UK and who knows where his company is incorporated (chances are not the states.)
Why would he need to go to every state for a license to transact international IP?
Last I checked Escrow.com does not have a license Mukdahan province of Thailand. Should I report them?
