This is a solid .info domain. Given the TLD, just how to make use out of it is unclear to me. But you'll find something. This is not useless by a long shot.

I would place an appraisal of low $x,xxx on it.

Nice quality keyword domain obviously. Likely in $X,XXX. Some would prefer plural. Lawyer.info would work very well in advertising & on business cards.

At least $1,000 the Plural Lawyers would be better.
Do you want to sell it?

I think one is closer to Mid $X,XXX than low $X,XXX. I think you would get $2,500+ on a bad day.

On here to another domainer I would not be surprised at all if you obtained $2.5k - $5k for the domain. In a conference auction such as TRAFFIC, etc., you are probably hoping to achieve $5k - $7.5k if you do some marketing first. Of course to an end-user who could see a development plan and fund such development the value of the domain is unpredictable but I would expect in such a private sale for the domain to go for $xx,xxx - but that is in the lap of the Gods and what you would be willing to let the domain go for.

A very nice .info by the way.

This is a multiple of 5 figures, easily to an end user.

A DNF member would offer a pittance of what it is worth. In other words, this is not a domainer's name but a legit business and end user gem.

You really need to be marketing this to end users.

True, if he can find an end-user for it then he shouldn't settle for less. But, it's hard to flip .infos to end-users imho. Many big companies haven't even heard of the extension.

very nice
develop I would say, see how it goes
.info can be hard to rank well I'll be honest, but lends itself perfectly to a paid directory imho
perfect fit

think of the subdomain possibilities?

geo.lawyer.info etc newyork etc

type.lawyer.info etc

it is hard to sell .info to endusers and domainers so when you have a gem like this development is the best option

Monster potential for a directory, who is licensed, where, what specialties...

tremendous amount of work (and cost) to develop out properly but could be huge payoffs.

I suppose if you are plenty of ideas which you can tell to your potential customer you can go ahead and do that. In the most cases I have seen that helps grately.
