Lets say that I run a Myspace-esque site, where users can comment on other users. Lets say that user A comments on user B and says "User B is a lowlife scamming BLAHBLAH...".

Am I legally responsible for this comment if I run the site and/or lease the server? How can I word my T&C to make me non-liable?
