Not too sure on the valuation of the domain itself... An idea might be using Amazon UK affiliate program and selling socks, stockings, pants, skirts and leg care products on a minisite for now.

I'm not familiar at all with ccTLD .co.uk, so I'm not going to try and give you a reseller appraisal, but there have definitely been lots of great .co.uk sales in the past. This name would be great for a medical site related to leg/bone diseases, soar legs, restless legs etc.
