Does this sound plausible?

4 months ago I filed a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request to the CIA. I asked for a copy of an English translation of Saddam Hussein's romance novel--Yes, it exists.

I used a standard template for the request.
I ever made a generator so it will be easier for other ppl ( www.coldhost.com/cia.php )

THEY HAVEN'T RESPONDED! Anyone agree the ACLU will likely seize my cause?
