Wanted: Service link page with 0-pr?

hey there,

I'm in the process of exchanging links with a large site of PR7 front page. All their sub-pages have PR of 5-7, except their links page. Is this a deliberate action to stop outgoing PR? Will I get any PR benefit from a link here?

Please help me out guys :-D

May be that the links exchange page is new and it hasn't built up PR yet. Might take a while - it's happened to me.

Probably not deliberate, but check the robot.txt file (I use http://www.searchengineworld.com/cgi-bin/robotcheck.cgi) and meta tags to see whether the links page is excluded on purpose.

If everything looks kosher, I'd go ahead and swap links.

Link exchange is up, and I'm getting CONSIDERABLE traffic to my page
