Link program script needed

Hello, I am looking for the classic link trade or submission script. The ones I have are out of date. I want to easily imput people's links or the web ring style where they post my link up then submit their link to the script along with the url of where I can see my link. Basic program people have used for years. Mine just are to old or were lost. Thanks
