Registered it today.

Yeah i know it's a .tv, but:

- All other extensions are gone
- The term "logo design" gets like 69000 searches a months on O
- Because of that great for SEO
- I will indeed build a site for it offering my logo design services
- At least the .tv provides a layout idea that makes sense

In my view, better to have a generic .tv name that is SEO-able than a madeup .com that doesn't match any searchterm.

Anyway, actually i'm just happy i got it :) after looking for a decent logo name for quite a while now.

Btw - only costs me like $37 a year which is kinda affordable looking at VS's usual price structure for .tv's.

Opinions please !! :)

It's a very good name for a specific market. However,....
".TV ", mostly because of higher regg fees, is usually the last
choice of the "tld's" regged. Unless it's a hot name, like 'Sony.TV'.

I have "BlingBling.TV", which only has minor developement, and
is non-transferable from the hosts' server.

I think you could do well if you develope the site.

If you're interested in a .com for your biz........

"LogoCrafters.com"

pm any offers

Thanks,

but as long as i don't get logodesign.com/.net for a decent price, i'll stick with my .tv name - just because it matches the searchterm.:)
Actually i would prefer my name over the .org version even - neither .org or .tv are typein extensions, but at least .tv makes more sense here than .org - visual concepts and stuff.

There are a few decent logo names floating around the forum for cheap, and some on the expired list. The .tv just doesn't make sense, unless you are doing a tv show about logo design.

Gringo you don't get it it seems.

There is no decent logo name other than

Logodesign.anyextension

Ever heard of searchengine optimizing?

I have another name that is #1 of 30000 searchresults on google just because the domainname(without extension) matches the searchterm a 100%.That very name doesn't even have content but is just a redirecting empty frame page. And i didn't even submit it to google.Google found it itself.Still it's #1 there.

Therefore the "term dot any extension" thing.

"logo design" is the premium searchterm for logo design (who would have thought :D ).

LogoDesign.tv will at least get a Top20 ranking if not Top10 - you'll see.

That's why.

I don't care for a fancy "decent logo name" - i want visitors.

Besides that, LogoDesign.tv sounds even nice i think.
