What's the best "File Splitter software" today on the market ?
We're looking for the following features:
- Ability to split any file format in as many small files as we like;
- After having splitted those files, it should not edit their original format (i.e. a .txt must remain a .txt)
We'd prefer a freeware but we're ready to evaluate seriously any good shareware too.
