Hi, I'm specifically trying to find a registrar for .ca domains
that includes or upsells bulk dns services with their domains.
I need dns forwarding in a frame (the kind of feature you use
to forward domains to DS)
But I'm trying to find one that includes this services for all your
domains at a set price per year and not on a domain by domain
basis. Any recommendations?
Thanks.

So you mean it will cost the same for either 2 or 200 domains? I don't think there will be any company offering this. And to be frank, if there is such a registrar, I wouldn't recommend it either (as this is not a working business model). But if my guess is correct, and you are trying to get a bulk discont, you may well contact the registrar(s) you are using and negotiate with them, provided that you do have a large portfolio.
