I am looking for coders that have experience in php, MySQL and preferably VBulletin mods to work on my projects. I am thinking of a long term agreement paid based on time rather than on project basis. Maybe pay can be paypalled weekly or something.
This is because I have a few projects and some may need one or two simple scripts. Also some are in operation and so need coding support. Basically, I need people that will be familiar with my projects to make updates quickly as need.
I am open to suggestions on how the work monitoring can happen and will accept part-time or full-time coders. Coders in my country are too expensive for their skill level and therefore I need to outsource.
