- Most be unique in some sense, basically no turnkeys and/or typical sites such as forums, free hosting, etc. Looking for a site that has some substance or a little bit of a more unique idea.
- Traffic is not necessary, but the more traffic and revenue it has, the more I will pay for it.
- If there is traffic or revenue, I want to see the stats to back it up.
My budget is between $50-200+ per site. That does not mean I want everyone asking for $200 for their site that clearly is not worth that. Generally will not pay anymore than $50-75 for a site that has no traffic, but can make certain exceptions.
