I am looking to purchase established websites that are earning revenue. I would prefer adsense revenue, however, I would consider alternative sources. I do not want websites that profity soley off of active x, pop ups, porn, or any non-user friendly sources.
I am not buying based on potential, I am buying based on current income.
The website must be at least 2 months old.
My budget is $5,000. Of course I will consider websites that are cheaper in price.
Things I would like to know off the bat:
1. URL
2. Monthly profit (and source)
3. Monthly expenses (and source)
4. How much you have earned the past few months (and/or how long this rate has been what it is)
5. How many uniques a day
6. Where the traffic comes from.
7. Asking price. <--- please don't ask me to make a blind offer. Lower the price more likely I am to respond.
