Very nice. I have purposefully stayed away from .info, but I would think this would fetch 10-20k without too much problems.

Why?

Because there is a tiny little problem with this domain.....

It is regged with invalid TM during .INFO sunrise and cannot be transferred....

Thanks for the hint, CrucialDom.

Should have done that before, but cuz of your post i looked up the whois, turns out the domain is registered to someone else than my client ! Called up my client, again turns out he had indeed registered the name during sunrise with fake TM but lost the name to someone with a real TM without him even noticing..geez i don't need more of these kind of clients.
Sorry for my initial post then, i should have checked everything BEFORE posting instead of just believing.

Your client did not even know his name had been cancelled?

Sorry to hear that beatz. But it is nonetheless encouraging to see that .info is changing hands for reasonable money, if it is true.

Won't be surprise though if chat.info and fun.info were also acquired with false tms, given the kind of ethics this guy is showing to you.

True,mole.

Just thought he could have sold both chat.info and fun.info for way more than he actually did if he had waited a lil more. Then again he might have had (TM) reasons for a quick sale...:)

So what? Why shouldn't he have been able to pick it up in LR2?
I mean, SOMEBODY must have picked it up,right ? :)

come to think of it though, the domains chat.info and fun.info would surely have been locked so that owner transfer is blocked, so there's no way they could have been sold for those amounts..

What are you talking about - do you know if there was a claim on those domains or not or if they had been challenged, and what if someone registered it with false TM claim, quickly resold it before it would have been challenged or what if my client just bought it from someone or what if...................
Geez no sense in conspiracy theories based on assuming and guessing.
