A man dies and goes to heaven. He is shown into an office and St. Pater is sitting at a desk and behind him is a massive wall with millions of clocks on. The man asks St. Peter 'What are all the clocks for?'
St. Peter explains that every person has a 'lie clock', every time a person tells a lie the clock hand moves forward one minute.
The man points to a clock saying 12 o'clock and asks 'Who is this clock for?'
St.Peter answers 'This is the clock of Mother Terrasa, it has never moved showing she has never told a lie!'
The man points to a clock showing 2 minutes past 12 'Who does this clock show?'
St Peter looks at the clock and says 'That is the clock for Abraham Lincoln, it shows he only told 2 lies in his whole life.'
The man keeps looking at the clocks and with puzzlement says 'Where is the clock for Gordon Brown?'
St. Peter looks up from his desk and says, 'Ah, Gordon Brown's clock is in God's office. He is using it as a ceiling fan.'
