- Brand owners who have registered their trademarks with Trademark Clearinghouse.
- Local trademarks and designations that are not registered with the Trademark Clearinghouse
- Owner of names of local companies and non-profit organizations
- Landrush: Applicants who do not belong to any of these categories.
