What are the restrictions on affiliate links - can I link from adult sites for example.

I'm not sure if there are any restrictions on affiliate links here. I just thought i would ask him, because his link looks like an affiliate link, yet he said "Check out our affiliate program". Just looked a little suspicious to me.
